What Does this ultrasound Result Mean?

My wife age 26 ,both kidneys are smaller in size show increased echogenecity and loss of cm different ionl cyst in mid part of left kidney 92x42mm , right kidney 79x41mm , hemoglobin -8.5 , urea -98 , creatinine -5.19 , sodium -146 , potassium -5.2 , please suggest the treatment

Hello and welcome to HCM,.
Presence of small sized kidneys and deranged kidney function tests suggest some chronic disease.
Treatment will depend on the underlying cause.
The creatinine levels are quite high and dialysis may be required.
